Job Description
Sales Executive Training & Certification Program
- Location: Sitapura Jaipur
- Job Type: Full-Time 6 Days/Week
- Salary:/month
- Experience: 1 to 5 Years
- Industry: Recruitment Training & Certification (Blue-Collar Workforce)
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote & sell training programs to candidates aiming to work abroad (Gulf Europe Asia)
- Counsel candidates via phone or video
- Convert leads into enrollments
- Maintain CRM track follow-ups & conversions
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Assist candidates through their onboarding process
Requirements:
- 1 5 years experience in sales (preferably education/recruitment/overseas sector)
- Excellent communication in Hindi & English
- Strong persuasion & relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented and CRM-savvy
Requirements
Preferred:
Knowledge of blue-collar workforce training or overseas hiring
Familiarity with Gulf/Europe migration processes
