Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute employee engagement programs that align with the organization & mission and values.
Develop initiatives aimed at boosting employee morale productivity and retention.
Create metrics to measure the success of engagement initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful event execution.
Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
Manage job postings job descriptions and candidate communications
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs
Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels
Utilize social media job boards and other recruitment tools
Develop relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors
Manage candidate pipelines and track candidate progress
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Track and analyze recruitment metrics and data
Qualifications Experience:
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in employee engagement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departments.
Education: MSW (Masters in Social Work)
Preferably: Manufacturing Industries
