We are a leading producer of Beer and are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Territory Sales Executive to join our team. If you have a passion for sales are tech-savvy and want to be part of an exciting industry this is the opportunity for you.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate

Atleast 5 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role preferably in alcobev industry.

Familiarity with market dynamics channel structure and sales execution processes.

Role Summary:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales operations within the assigned territory by facilitating communication tracking field execution and coordinating activities between the Group Sales Manager (GSM) /Category Development Manager (CDM) Junior Territory Sales Executives (JTSEs) and trade partners. The role plays a vital part in ensuring availability visibility and execution of plans at all levels of distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Territory Support & Sales Execution .

Ensure timely execution of sales and trade marketing activities in the field.

2. Cross-Level Coordination

Act as a liaison between the GSM and JTSEs to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Support JTSEs in resolving operational challenges and escalating issues where required.

3. Performance Tracking & Field Monitoring

Monitor JTSEs daily market activities and performance against KPIs.

Ensure consistent execution of sales fundamentals including distribution visibility and availability.

4. Market Visits & Demand Activation

Regularly visit L1 (Primary Distributors) to assess stock levels and align replenishment needs.

Collaborate with GSM JTSEs and trade teams to activate demand-generation initiatives at retail (L2) level.

Ensure planogram compliance and visibility execution in key outlets.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong coordination and communication skills

Working knowledge of alco-bev distribution and sales operations

Proficient in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools
