Job Description
- Providing Information: Answering questions about room types rates availability and hotel policies.
- Confirming Bookings: Ensuring accurate details of reservations including dates room types and guest information.
- Managing Cancellations and Modifications: Handling requests for changes or cancellations to existing reservations.
- Assisting with Special Requests: Accommodating requests for specific room types amenities or services.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintaining Accurate Records: Keeping detailed records of all reservation transactions.
- Using Reservation Systems: Proficiency in using hotel reservation software and other relevant tools.
- Collaborating with Other Departments: Coordinating with housekeeping front desk and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Optimizing Occupancy: Analyzing reservation trends to help maximize occupancy rates.
- Processing Reservations: Handling reservation requests through various channels like phone email or in-person interactions.
