Job Description
Business Analysis: Engage with non-technical stakeholders to understand business challenges goals and processes
Engage business users to gather and document detailed business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear structured documentation such as functional specifications user stories and acceptance criteria for BSI technical delivery teams.
Triage and prioritize incoming business requests by engaging requestors to understand urgency impact and alignment with business goals.
Support the identification of automation opportunities and recommend process improvements.
Project Management: Manage and maintain project plans to track BSI tasks and ensure project momentum is maintained
Facilitate stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and stakeholder updates as needed.
Track and escalate issues or roadblocks and ensure accountability across delivery teams and stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management Act as the primary liaison between business users delivery teams and external vendors.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure contractual obligations and project milestones are met.
Follow up on action items and dependencies to maintain forward project movement.
Required skills & Experience
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager with the ability to perform a hybrid role.
Proven ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
Strong ability to triage prioritize and justify business requests based on value urgency and alignment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Clear and confident communication skills able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Agile Scrum or hybrid delivery models.
Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence MS Project or similar).
Comfortable managing and holding external vendors accountable for deliverables.
Desirable Skills & Knowledge
Experience in automation digital transformation or data-related projects.
Familiarity with process mapping techniques (e.g. BPMN Visio).
Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP CCBA) and/or Project Management (PMP PRINCE2 Scrum Master).
