Want to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing and community-building at an early-stage startup
baesh is a fast-growing Gen-Z social platform connecting people in real life through events communities and shared interests.
As a Startup Growth & Community Intern youll work in a startup environment develop valuable skills in social media marketing and sales and take ownership of projects that drive real impact.
This is a Pflichtpraktikum (mandatory internship) for students.
The position is unpaid but offers real startup experience networking opportunities and the chance to take ownership of exciting projects.
Location: Berlin-based (mostly remote some in-person meetings/events).
Start Date: As required by the university
Tasks
- Bring people together through events and partnerships
- Support social media content creation in your niche (TikTok and Instagram)
- Assist in events (sometimes on-site) brainstorming and testing marketing strategies
- Conduct research on communities venues influencers and local initiatives
- Reach out to potential partners event organizers and community builders to introduce baesh
- Act as the first point of contact for potential collaborators
- Collect feedback from users and summarize insights
No prior experience neededjust motivation to learn!

- Berlin-based: You know the culture the vibes and the events that matter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
- Social Wizard: You love people conversations and making everyone feel welcome
