As we scale our international footprint and service portfolio we are seeking a highly motivated intern to support our strategic and M&A initiatives.
As a Strategic & M&A Intern you will work closely with senior leadership to support high-impact strategic projects including market analysis competitor benchmarking financial modeling and potential acquisitions or partnerships. This role offers exposure to executive decision-making and the opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of healthcare in the maritime sector.
Conduct market research on industry trends competitors and adjacent sectors
Assist in building business cases and financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives
Prepare presentation materials and memos for internal and external stakeholders
Analyze internal operational and financial data to support strategic recommendations
Support due diligence processes for potential M&A targets or partnerships
Work cross-functionally with Operations Finance and Business Development teams
Bachelors or Masters student in Business Economics Finance or a related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with corporate finance and M&A principles (prior coursework or internships a plus)
Independent structured thinker with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Passion for healthcare maritime industries or global services is a strong plus
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. Greek German) are a bonus
Exposure to international strategy and M&A in a dynamic growth company
Direct interaction with senior executives and decision-makers
A high-impact learning-intensive experience with meaningful responsibilities
Flexible work environment with remote set-up
Possibility of a full-time role upon successful completion
