Job Summary:
The Scrum Master serves as a facilitator coach and leader for agile development teams ensuring Agile principles and practices are followed to deliver high-quality products and solutions. This role fosters a collaborative environment removes obstacles and promotes continuous improvement within the Scrum team. The Scrum Master works closely with the Product Owner and development team to optimize productivity streamline processes and deliver value to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile Processes: Guide the Scrum team in adopting Agile methodologies practices and principles. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Team Empowerment: Empower the development team to self-organize make decisions and achieve their objectives. Foster a collaborative and transparent environment to promote open communication and feedback.
- Remove Obstacles: Identify and remove impediments or obstacles that hinder the teams progress. Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery of sprint goals.
- Coach and Mentor: Provide coaching mentoring and guidance to the Scrum team on Agile practices roles responsibilities and principles. Encourage continuous improvement and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure product backlog refinement prioritization and alignment with business objectives. Facilitate communication between the development team Product Owner and other stakeholders.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and track team performance metrics sprint velocity and other key indicators. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on progress risks and recommendations for improvement.
- Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and disagreements within the Scrum team in a constructive manner. Facilitate discussions and negotiations to reach consensus and maintain team harmony.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization efficiency gains and best practices adoption.
- Support project/program managers in planning and tracking project activities using collaboration management tools
