Network Data Specialist
General Description:
Responsible for accurate timely maintenance of critical provider information in provider
databases
Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
Maintains critical provider information in provider databases
Synchronizes data among multiple systems and application of business rules as they
apply to each database
Validates the data to be housed on provider databases and ensuring adherence to
business and system requirements of customers as it pertains to contracting network
management and credentialing
Requires a H.S. diploma and a minimum of 3 years related experience; or any combination of
education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Project General Specifics:
Platform and process integration with Vendor partner for Provider/Roster Data deployment.
Functions throughout the project will include:
Business rules and process development
Intake process development management and communication
Develop plan for user adoption
Data augmentation via Vendor partner
Test and monitor deployment results
Fallout review and remediation
Enhance business rules and communicate with Vendor partner for coding
End-User training
Monitor and measure success of deployment and plan next phases of
product/enhancements
***Working with other project units to ensure integration into internal systems
