Job Title:

Customer Relationship Management Analyst

Clearance - TS/SCI with CI Poly

Salary:

$100K $120K

Security Clearance:

  • Current minimum: TS

  • Requirement: Must be eligible to obtain SCI with CI Polygraph

Education & Experience:

  • BA/BS degree

  • 8 years experience

Job Description:

The Client is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with Budget Analyst and/or Acquisition experience to support financial and acquisition systems for an Intelligence Community customer.

This opportunity is ideal for Budget Analysts and Program Analysts with federal acquisition program experience. The CRM will work cross-functionally with both government and contractor personnel providing support analysis research and solutions for complex problems and processes within financial and acquisition systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 2 3 Service Desk support

  • Offer timely on-site customer relations and support for system users

  • Understand customer needs identify problems and provide constructive acquisition solutions

  • Deliver prompt responses to customer queries and implement financial solutions quickly

  • Provide end-user support and interface management for financial systems

  • Support successful transaction processing

  • Develop and troubleshoot queries

  • Lead testing initiatives for releases as needed

  • Create and facilitate training modules related to:

    • Financial Accounting System

    • Defense Travel System (DTS)

    • Government Purchasing Card (GPC) processes

  • Collaborate with Financial Accounting System vendors or troubleshoot problems independently

  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to financial processes

  • Support the GPC Program Management Office (PMO) in end-of-fiscal-year activities

  • Assist with monthly GPC account reconciliation

  • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Junior-mid level PeopleSoft Functional Financials experience

  • In-depth knowledge of at least 3 of the following Oracle modules:

    • PO AP GL KK AR BI AM PC CA

  • Strong knowledge of Federal acquisition processes

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Outstanding customer service communication and multi-tasking skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or Government Financial Accounting Systems

  • Prior Budget Analyst experience supporting federal systems

  • Knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS) transaction processes is a plus
