Role: QA Tester Policy Decisions (P&C Insurance Domain)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced QA Tester with strong expertise in Insuritys Policy Decisions platform and a solid understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and executing test strategies functional and integration testing and working closely with business and technical teams to ensure high-quality product delivery in core insurance systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and system specifications related to Policy Decisions modules

Develop and execute detailed test cases test scripts and test plans for policy administration workflows including quoting rating binding endorsements renewals and cancellations

Perform functional integration regression and system testing on Insurity Policy Decisions platform

Collaborate closely with Business Analysts Developers and Product Owners to ensure test coverage

Identify document and track defects using tools like JIRA Azure DevOps or similar

Work with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments

Ensure data accuracy and compliance with insurance regulations and P&C business processes
Required Skills:

3 7 years of QA experience in insurance domain projects

Strong hands-on experience with Insuritys Policy Decisions (or equivalent policy admin systems)

In-depth understanding of P&C Insurance especially in areas like Personal/Commercial Auto Homeowners General Liability Workers Compensation etc.

Experience in testing rating logic forms policy transactions and regulatory compliance updates

Familiarity with test management tools (e.g. ALM Zephyr qTest) and defect tracking tools

Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
