JOB DESCRIPTION:
- We are seeking a highly motivated detail-oriented and organized IT VMO (Vendor Management Office) Program Coordinator to join our clients dynamic FinTech team.
- In this pivotal support role you will be instrumental in the smooth operation of our vendor management processes acting as the right hand to the VMO Program Manager and gaining comprehensive exposure to all facets of vendor lifecycle management.
- This position offers a unique blend of meticulous administrative tasks and engaging project-based work making it ideal for a proactive individual eager to grow their career in a fast-paced technology and finance environment.
Responsibilities:
Data Integrity & System Management:

Execute precise and repetitive tasks including data entry system cleanup and maintaining accurate vendor records within our VMO tools and platforms.

This involves diligently tracking vendor information contract details performance metrics and compliance documentation.
Vendor & Procurement Support:

Assist with various aspects of the vendor lifecycle from initial onboarding and due diligence to ongoing performance monitoring and offboarding.

You will support procurement projects by helping to gather requirements manage documentation and facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
