Job Description
We are seeking a technically skilled Handson Test Manager to lead and execute testing strategies for mobile applications and microservices based architectures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation mobile testing iOS Android API testing and experience managing distributed QA teams in Agile environments
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for mobile apps and microservices
- Lead end to end testing efforts including functional regression integration performance and security testing
- Design and maintain automated test frameworks for mobile and backend services
- Collaborate with product managers developers and DevOps to ensure highquality releases
- Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers ensuring best practices and continuous improvement
- Drive test planning execution defect tracking and reporting
- Ensure test coverage across platforms devices and service layers
- Participate in release readiness reviews and postrelease validations
- Strong handson experience in Mobile testing iOS and Android
- API and microservices testing REST GraphQL
- Automation tools Appium Selenium Postman RestAssured etc
- Proficiency in scripting languages JavaScript Python or Java
- Experience with CICD tools Jenkins GitLab CI etc
- Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
