Job Description

Role: Healthcare Data Analyst
Location: Philadelphia PA (Onsite)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interoperability & Data Specialist to join our healthcare technology team. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience working with healthcare data systems interoperability standards and a working knowledge of EPIC. This role will support ongoing initiatives to enhance data exchange integration and analytics across clinical systems.
Must haves:
Atleast 10 years of experienced
Helathcare domain is must
interoperability solutions
HL7 FHIR CCD/CCDA and other healthcare data exchange standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design implement and support interoperability solutions across healthcare systems.
  • Work with HL7 FHIR CCD/CCDA and other healthcare data exchange standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and flow.
  • Analyze and interpret healthcare data to support clinical and operational decision-making.
  • Assist in EPIC data extraction mapping and integration efforts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and interoperability issues.
  • Document technical workflows data mappings and integration specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7 10 years of experience in healthcare data and interoperability.
  • Strong understanding of HL7 FHIR CCD/CCDA and EDI standards.
  • Experience working with EPIC (e.g. Clarity Caboodle Bridges or APIs).
  • Proficiency in SQL and data transformation tools (e.g. SSIS ADF Databricks).
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminologies (ICD CPT LOINC SNOMED).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP).
  • Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations (HIPAA HITECH).
  • Exposure to population health care management or clinical quality reporting.
