Job Description
We have partnered with a large Construction company in the Indianapolis IN area to provide them with a Project Manager- Mechanical. Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Project Manager- Mechanical:
#1. 3 years of commercial mechanical construction experience
#2. Ability to read plans and specifications
#3. Valid drivers license
#4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities of the Project Manager- Mechanical:
The Project Manager plans directs coordinates and budgets activities concerned with the construction of the trade scope on projects. The PM participates in the conceptual development of construction projects and oversees their organization scheduling and implementation.
Requirements of the Project Manager- Mechanical:
- 3 years of commercial mechanical construction experience
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Valid drivers license
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Physical Demands
- Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Other Key Requirements:
- 100% in-office work
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
