Job Description
Job Title: Instructional Systems Designer
Location: Annapolis MD (Remote) (May need to go onsite to meet the client once a month)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Preferred Qualifications:- 4 years of experience designing online curriculum for adult learners.
- 2 years of experience conducting quality assurance on eLearning content.
- Experience designing SCORM-compliant learning with:
- Articulate Storyline 360
- Articulate Rise
- Experience using:
- Vyond or similar video tools
- Learning Management Systems (Canvas Blackboard)
- Microsoft Office 365 tools: Teams Outlook PowerPoint SharePoint Word
- Knowledge of adult learning theory instructional design principles and best practices for self-paced courses.
- Ability to:
- Collaborate effectively with multiple Judiciary stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Communicate clearly with internal and external teams
- Accept and apply constructive feedback
- Design and develop new self-paced online lessons as directed by the Contract Manager.
- Revise and enhance existing lessons including content updates format changes or platform migration.
- Utilize Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise for all training development.
- Develop training content with multimedia and interactive components.
- Attend regular collaboration and progress meetings.
