Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: $55-60/hr on W2
Responsibilities:
- Collect and communicate insights across functional teams for data analysis identifying areas of improvement and proposing solutions.
- Translate business requirements into actionable insights through collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience in analytics and systems development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- MS Office Suite Excel (Advanced level)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Sound understanding of business processes
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting
- Skilled in requirement gathering and documentation
- Experience in process creation and improvement
- Competency in solution design and implementation
- Good understanding of project management methodologies
