Job Description
Job Title: Engineering Technician III
Location: Milwaukee WI
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM CST
Overview:
Join a forward-thinking engineering team as an Engineering Technician III where your technical expertise and hands-on skills will directly contribute to the development and refinement of cutting-edge electro-mechanical systems. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting projects that involve analog digital video circuits and logic systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Support engineering teams with the design testing modification fabrication and assembly of prototype systems and specialized equipment.

Interpret and work from schematics diagrams layouts and technical documentation to perform testing and troubleshooting.

Conduct operational tests and fault isolation on systems and components assisting with corrective actions as needed.

Aid in the design and checkout of test equipment and experimental design circuitry.

Utilize test and diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes signal generators and custom test setups.

Collaborate and communicate regularly with engineers peers and customers to share factual findings and technical updates.

Tackle moderately complex assignments with minimal supervision and use judgment in resolving technical challenges.

Receive tasks with outlined objectives and operate with a high level of independence on daily activities.
Required Qualifications:

2 years of relevant hands-on technical experience in engineering or testing environments.

Solid working knowledge of electronic systems testing procedures and diagnostic tools.

Ability to work from technical documentation and schematics with minimal direction.

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Effective communicator and team collaborator.
