Job Description
- Diagnose repair occasionally install and maintain air-to-air water-to-air water-to-water systems as well as oil and gas furnaces/boilers and water heaters.
- Read and interpret manufacturer-provided plumbing piping and electrical diagrams.
- Apply industry standards for refrigerant recovery brazing pressure testing system vacuuming (evacuation) and commissioning/start-up of the equipment mentioned above.
- Accurately complete and process paperwork for each work order.
- Mentor and share knowledge with younger service technicians in the HVAC Apprenticeship program.
- A minimum of 5 years of verified field service experience with the specified equipment.
- Must have a clean driving record pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must hold at least a Journeymans License in Maryland.
