Position: IT Support Technician

Job Description:
- We are seeking a reliable IT Support Technician to assist with day-to-day IT operations including computer deployments user onboarding/offboarding and basic desktop support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy configure and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers
- Perform user onboarding/offboarding including account setup in Active Directory
- Provide basic support for Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Handle Service Desk tickets and escalate as needed
- Assist users with hardware software and access-related issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
Required Skills:
- 1 3 years of experience in IT support or help desk role
- Hands-on experience with computer imaging and deployments
- Familiarity with Active Directory (account creation password resets etc.)
- Solid understanding of Windows 10/11
- Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow Jira)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- CompTIA A or similar certification
