Job Description
Job Title: Manhattan WMOS Consultant
Location: Miami FL - Hybrid
Duration: 6 months Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Manhattan WMOS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) to support the configuration implementation and maintenance of Manhattan WMOS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Manhattans warehouse suite and a solid understanding of supply chain and distribution processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Manhattan WMOS to align with business and operational requirements.
- Lead or participate in the implementation and rollout of WMOS modules across distribution centers.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations IT and supply chain teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WMOS functionality and performance.
- Create functional documentation test scenarios and support UAT and go-live activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to end users and super users.
Qualification Requirements:
- 7 10 years of hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS (preferably versions 2015).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations inventory management and logistics processes.
- Experience in configuring testing and deploying WMS solutions.
- Familiarity with integration between WMOS and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain IT or related field preferred.
