Aspire Quote-to-Contract Next Gen Product Owner E2E Finance Lease
Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and technical Product Owner to take charge of the development of our finance lease solution in Conga and SAP S/4 systems.
- This role is pivotal in ensuring end-to-end process alignment between Sap S/4 Conga CPQ (Configure Price Quote) and Conga CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems.
- The ideal candidate will collect business requirements related to finance lease options for our instruments translating them into technical specifications for our development team.
- Strong coordination between DIA Commercial and Finance will be crucial for the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering:
- Collaborate with US business stakeholders in DIA Commercial and Finance to capture and understand their requirements for finance lease options.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing finance lease processes and workflows.
- Document comprehensive business requirements to guide solution enhancements.
Technical Translation:
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Leverage expertise in Conga CPQ and Conga CLM to design optimal finance lease solutions.
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog items that accurately reflect business objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary communication bridge between commercial and finance teams and the development unit.
- Facilitate regular meetings and discussions to ensure stakeholder alignment and clarity.
- Manage expectations and provide timely updates on project milestones and progress.
Product Development:
- Work closely with developers to ensure correct and timely implementation of business requirements.
- Define clear acceptance criteria for user stories and oversee thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions.
- Participate in sprint planning reviews and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.
Technical Expertise:
- Use knowledge of Conga CPQ and Conga CLM systems to inform and guide solution design and development.
- Provide technical leadership and support for the integration of Conga CPQ and CLM within the finance lease framework.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to finance leasing and Conga solutions.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that finance lease solutions meet high standards of quality efficiency and performance.
- Regularly review and audit both existing and new solutions to identify and resolve any issues or gaps.
Description of Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technical setting.
- In-depth understanding of finance lease processes and requirements.
- Expertise in SAP S/4 system - Conga as optional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convert complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira Confluence etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in SAP S/4 .
- Experience in the financial services or leasing sectors.
- Knowledge of additional contracting and pricing systems.
