Job Description
Role: Technical-Functional Analyst (Broadridge Impact Platform)
Location: Onsite at Manhattan NYC NY.
Key Skills: Broadridge Impact Gloss Fixed Income MBS ABS CLO.

Technical-Functional Analyst with proven experience in Broadridges Impact platform widely used for securities processing clearing and settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between business users (Operations Compliance Technology) and technical teams to gather analyze and translate requirements.
Analyze and document functional and technical requirements related to Broadridge Impact.
Support system configuration new functionality deployment and module enhancements within the Impact platform.
Execute functional testing (UAT) data validation and assist in migration processes.
Coordinate with Broadridge and external vendors to resolve issues implement upgrades and manage system enhancements.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of business processes system parameters and configuration settings.
Contribute to regulatory and operational efficiency projects involving the platform.
The ideal candidate will possess both functional expertise in capital markets operations and solid technical capabilities enabling them to support implementation configuration and ongoing enhancement of the Impact system.

Client is planning to add the following securities to their portfolio to support new business
o MBS ( Mortgage Backed Securities)
o ABS ( Asset backed securities )
o CLO ( Collateralized Loan Obligations)
One of the platforms in consideration is the Broadridge Impact Platform ( Security processing clearing & settlement platform )
Client wants to bring in a Techno-functional SME who understand the domain well and has experience with the Broadridge Impact Platform and can jump start the execution process.
SME and later build an implementation & Integration team as the project gets to the execution phase.
