Monitor children for signs of illness or developmental concerns and report promptly to management.
Maintain accurate records of feeding sleeping and diaper changes for each child.
Communicate daily with parents regarding their child s day routines and any concerns.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all parent and team interactions.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth transitions and care consistency.
Maintain a positive warm and caring demeanour with children parents and staff.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Follow all nursery policies and procedures.
Ensure a safe clean and hygienic environment for infants always.
Supervise and support feeding diaper changing and nap-time routines.
Monitor each childs development milestones and wellbeing.
Engage children in age-appropriate sensory gross motor and fine motor activities.
Comfort and soothe infants fostering emotional security and bonding.
Previous experience in infant care or working in a nursery setting is highly preferred.
Knowledge of infant developmental milestones and age-appropriate practices.
Ability to work with infants compassionately and patiently.
Basic understanding of health and safety requirements for infant care.
Pediatric First Aid certification is a plus.
