We are seeking a motivated and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing executing and analyzing marketing initiatives that align with our clients goals and our companys vision. This role requires a combination of creative thinking data interpretation and hands-on campaign management.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for multiple projects and clients
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Monitor and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment
Create and manage marketing content for print email and digital campaigns
Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches
Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and forecasts
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field
2 years of experience in a marketing or related role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics CRM systems and email marketing platforms
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
