We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients providing timely and professional assistance to ensure a positive experience. You will support our travel operations help resolve client inquiries and contribute to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone email and chat
Assist clients with travel bookings changes and cancellations
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to solve issues and improve processes
Provide information about products services and promotions
Support administrative tasks as needed
