We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team in Houston TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries providing accurate information and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience at all times. Responsibilities
Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in person.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide product and service information clearly and concisely.
Assist in improving customer service procedures and practices.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
