Job Description
Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events conferences and internal functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating logistics managing vendor communications and ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning coordination and execution of corporate events
Handle logistical arrangements such as venue booking catering travel and accommodations
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
Maintain event timelines budgets and checklists
Support on-site event operations and provide administrative assistance before during and after events
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all branding and materials meet company standards
Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Communications or a related field
1-2 years of experience in event planning or administrative coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required
