Job Description
We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team in Chicago IL. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about professional growth organizational development and cultivating leadership potential. You will work closely with senior leadership to design implement and improve training programs that shape the next generation of company leaders.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with management to assess leadership development needs across departments
Assist in designing and executing training programs mentorship tracks and coaching sessions
Monitor progress of leadership candidates and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Analyze performance data and prepare reports on program effectiveness
Support internal communications regarding leadership initiatives and culture-building efforts
Stay informed on best practices in leadership and organizational development
Facilitate workshops and presentations to support team engagement and growth
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Organizational Development or related field
13 years of experience in leadership training HR development or a similar role
Strong communication analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools
Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence and integrity
