Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Senior UI/UX Engineer with over 7.5 years of experience including significant expertise in both frontend and backend development. In this key role you will lead the design architecture and implementation of end-to-end user experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams mentor junior members and drive innovation across the full technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design development and delivery of complex high-impact projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders product managers designers and engineers to align user experience with business objectives.
Architect develop and maintain responsive accessible and performant front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g. React Angular ).
Design and develop robust backend services and APIs using technologies such as Python Java or .NET.
Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
Establish and maintain scalable design systems coding standards and best practices.
Conduct and analyze user research usability testing and data-driven evaluations to inform design and technical decisions.
Mentor junior team members and share expertise across the organization.
Stay current with UI/UX and backend trends emerging technologies and advocate for continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Design HCI or a related field.
11 years of experience in UI/UX engineering and full-stack development preferably in consulting or enterprise environments.
Proven expertise in both frontend (HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript React/Angular/) and backend ( Python Java .NET or equivalent) development.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend systems.
Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma Adobe XD Sketch InVision).
Deep understanding of user-centered design accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices.
Extensive experience developing and maintaining scalable design systems.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience mentoring and leading cross-functional teams.
Portfolio demonstrating advanced UI/UX projects and full-stack solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Agile Lean UX or DevOps practices.
Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions.
Previous experience working with global or distributed teams.
