Job Description
Were seeking a highly capable Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of strategic initiatives across Corporate IT including Product Digital Customer (Sales & Service) Data and Business Improvement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced matrix-managed environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality business solutions that enhance customer and user experiences.
As a Senior BA you will lead the end-to-end analysis process from scoping and requirements gathering to process design and testing support. Youll work closely with stakeholders across the business to define user stories map customer journeys and ensure that business requirements are accurately captured and translated into effective solutions. Youll also be responsible for managing change ensuring traceability of requirements and contributing to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
This role demands strong leadership excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Youll play a key role in aligning business needs with IT and non-IT solutions ensuring that all deliverables meet regulatory standards and business objectives.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working across multiple systems and functional areas
- Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops and stakeholder engagements
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques including customer journey mapping
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear concise and complex documentation
- Experience in the telecommunications industry (highly desirable)
