Position Summary
The O&E Program Manager (O&E PM) will lead day-to-day management of s Outreach and Engagement activities aligning strategies with s mission to inform support and empower the military community. This leader will manage communications personnel digital content delivery brand development and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Task 2 performance personnel and stakeholder relationships
- Lead development and execution of user-focused communications strategies
- Coordinate branding content development web/social media operations
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize digital engagement campaigns
- Serve as primary point of contact for all O&E-related matters
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Communications PR Marketing or related field
- 8 years managing government or enterprise communications initiatives
- 5 years leading digital strategy PR branding and media operations
- Experience with CMS platforms ad campaign strategy and UX testing (desired)
