This position includes teaching Project Lead The Way (PLTW) Computer Science curriculum to students in grades 68 and one section of Grade 6 Computer Science course follows the Project Lead The Way (PLTW) curriculum providing students with hands-on experience in programming computational thinking and real-world problem-solving. The curriculum emphasizes collaboration creativity and critical thinking as students explore topics such as algorithms data structures and software development. Instructional coaching support is available to assist new teachers with curriculum implementation and classroom ideal candidate is committed to educational equity excited about STEM instruction and eager to collaborate with colleagues. This is a great opportunity for educators who are new to PLTWtraining and curriculum are provided and ongoing coaching and professional development are available.
