Position Summary

  • We are seeking aSenior Product Managerto leadwho has the passion to work with data scientists and engineers to design and implement strategies that leverage Big Data and complex fraud detection algorithms to stop fraudsters in their tracks.
  • Your work will make e-commerce safer for millions of people and you will have a direct impact on the business goals of Fortune #1 company. This role offers a unique opportunity to innovate and improve on ways to use Walmarts eComm and omni-channel shoping journeys. A successful candidate will have an established background in launching software or services technical background or experience driving technical products an entrepreneurial background and a passion for great customer-centric online products.
  • The ideal candidate for this role is a creative and strategic thinker analytical results-oriented has excellent cross functional communication skills and a great people leader. Youre a highly motivated self-starter with a deep understanding of building platform products market and a passion for understanding the competitive landscape. Youre an excellent communicator building strong cross-functional relationships including Strategy Team User Experience Project Managers Business Product managers Engineering and Analytics teams.

About the Team:

  • At Walmart International we are focused on delivering a delightful shopping experience for customers across all markets by building and leveraging cutting-edge technology solutions. The Omnichannel Transactions team is instrumental in realizing this vision as we build critical services that power the experience across customers entire shopping journey including product promotions add-to-cart checkout and payments. We want customers to shop whenever wherever and however they want and the Omnichannel Transactions team delivers products that form the backbone of this experience.

What youll do:

  • Drive the product vision strategy and roadmap for Fraud Management across various touchpoints for customers sellers and associates.
  • Research fraud trends and patterns in the market: perform industry research and competitor product analysis. Must know the current competitive landscape but also drive new and innovative solutions that unlock the capabilities of Walmarts growth efforts.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the broader fraud & identity ecosystems and apply that to develop product vision strategy and roadmap.
  • Drive visibility and communicate with clarity around all key initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver an integrated plan to both enhance leverage and expand out platform capabilities.
  • Work cross-functionally with partner teams across multiple locations; communication collaboration and organization are key to your success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Youve successfullylaunched impactful customer-facing featuresin eCommerce or digital platforms.
  • You have a strong background inanalytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • You are deeplycustomer-obsessed combining empathy with execution.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and can turn insights into product opportunities.
  • Youre comfortable working inglobal matrixed organizations leading initiatives across regions and time zones.
  • You can effectively prioritize influence and communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field. MBA strongly preferred.
  • 4 years of product management experience especially in eCommerce digital platforms or customer experience roles.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks experimentation at scale and turning test insights into measurable outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g. SQL Looker Adobe) to assess impact and guide product strategy.

The annual salary range for this position is $117000.00-$234000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
