The Operations Coordinator models effective facility leadership; possesses proficient managerial and organizational skills for working with issues related to the facility human resources and bookkeeping; and coaches and mentors the staff and student body to be operationally conscious. This person assists in the preparation and analysis of the schools operating budget conducts routine inspections of the school facilities and inspects that all business and state licenses are current properly displayed and renewed when necessary. He or she is also responsible for emergency preparedness and inventory.

The Operations Leader must have the ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights weekends and holidays as needed and to always be on call and ready to assist at all times.
