Job Description

ROAR Logistics Inc. is a global transportation service provider (3PL) and U.S. Customhouse Brokerage offering an extensive portfolio ofRailOceanAir andRoad services to aid clients in the delivery of their products around the world. ROAR utilizes state-of-the-art technology to coordinate manage and track shipments from point of origin to final destination. ROAR delivers best in class customer service and support with comprehensive operations in major markets throughout the world.

Purpose Statement

Were seeking dynamic ambitious college graduates to join our team as Entry-Level Logistics Coordinators. In this role youll be at the forefront of our operations helping to manage the intricate logistics that drive our business forward.

ROAR Logistics a 3PL subsidiary of Rich Products is opening up a new satellite office in Fredonia NY. Join our new office location now!

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

Execute Carrier Setup and Compliance Procedures: Gain a deep understanding of ROARs carrier setup and compliance protocols ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
Driver Dispatch and TMS Management: Coordinate with drivers meticulously inputting all necessary details into our Transportation Management System (TMS) and maintaining continuous communication and updates until completion.
Marketing and Networking: Actively promote ROAR to both customers and carriers through various channels such as business directories online load boards and networking events.
Data Management: Keep our TMS up-to-date by regularly updating and maintaining customer and carrier profiles.
Load Tender Management: Efficiently route schedule and manage customer load tenders ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Carrier Sourcing and Negotiation: Identify and onboard new carriers while nurturing relationships with existing ones negotiating rates to meet our target booking prices.
Problem-Solving and Customer Service: Serve as a solutions provider for our customers carriers and internal team members resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure seamless customer and carrier experiences.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the ROAR Management team.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED required. Associates or Bachelors Degree in Logistics preferred or equivalent experience in the logistics industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word Excel and Outlook Email System.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Team Player: Capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation its subsidiaries and affiliates (Richs)reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience knowledge skills abilities shift differential and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$41565.68-$56235.92
