Job Description
Howard Memorial is looking for a Laboratory Supervisor. This is a full-time position that will be a direct report to to the Laboratory Director.
Benefits package included as well as BTO and Sick leave accrual.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the analysis of laboratory specimens and subsequent result reporting according to laboratory protocol and procedures
- Responsible for all quality processes involved in assuring accurate and timely results and meeting all regulatory requirements
- Aid the laboratory director in: meeting all the regulations governing the lab; ensuring accuracy of test results and training staff and students
- Perform necessary duties in absence of lab director.
- BA/BSdegree in a relevant science (preferred)
- 5 years experience (preferred) in management or as general supervisor
- Effective written and verbal communication
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
