Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
Responsible for onboarding of accounts from beginning to completion; including account paperwork production and acceptance thorough document review coding on SEI/Trust 3000 platform and setup of statements and fees.
Serve as a centralized point of contact for the opening of Wealth Management accounts and monitoring the process from beginning to completion. Responsible and accountable for more complex fiduciary matters as well as giving advice to client-facing wealth teams on proper procedures and policies necessary for account opening.
Understands and is conversant with financial and estate planning strategies and is able to review and interpret legal and fiduciary documents. Uses this expertise to onboard fiduciary accounts and to provide suggestions and ideas to client-facing teams.
Collaborate with client teams to help drive fiduciary new business identification and onboarding. Serves as a resource to consult on new account matters.
Meet or exceed client service standards aligned by Truist Wealth segmentation strategy by partnering with Client Advisors Investment Portfolio Managers Wealth Strategists and external advisors to define and meet clients tax financial estate planning and banking goals and objectives.
Responsible for the completion of projects as assigned.
Serve as a subject matter expert and provide mentoring and counsel to New Account Opening Analysts.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

College degree and 4 years in a Fiduciary administration or related financial role. This could include internships.
Strong understanding of fiduciary principles including knowledge of estate planning documents and administration topics.
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications including standard Microsoft Office products and database applications.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with high volume of work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate complex information clearly to clients and internal partners
Preferred Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in business fiduciary administration law or related field.
Working towards or possess an advanced degree or certification (e.g. JD MBA CFP CPA or CTFA).
Deposit/general banking knowledge to effectively coordinate the delivery of a wide variety of bank products.
Intermediate PC skills including standard Microsoft Office products and database applications.
