Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (FT Nights) Level IV Hospital
Location: Houston TX
Compensation: $89000 $130000/year (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time 3x12s NIGHT SHIFT ONLY
Relocation Assistance: Partial

About the Opportunity
Are you a seasoned Labor & Delivery RN who thrives under pressure and wants to work at a high-acuity fast-paced facility that delivers over 400 babies a month HireNow Staffing is hiring for one of Houstons most advanced Level IV Maternal hospitals. Were looking for dedicated honest and experienced RNs who are fully committed to night shift work and passionate about delivering safe compassionate care to laboring patients.
This is not a starter position. This is a job for a confident skilled and focused nurse who can hit the ground running.
What Youll Be Doing
You will collaborate closely with obstetricians anesthesiologists midwives and a dedicated womens health team to:

Deliver direct patient care throughout all stages of labor and postpartum recovery

Conduct assessments administer medications monitor vitals and fetal well-being

Communicate critical information effectively to the healthcare team and family members

Manage 12 labor beds and support overflow antepartum and swing beds as needed

Uphold safety and documentation standards in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines

12 labor beds 19 antepartum beds 4 swing beds

400450 deliveries per month

Required Qualifications (Please read carefully)
Texas RN License (or multistate compact license) Active & unencumbered
BSN required No ADN or pending degree candidates will be accepted
3 years of total acute care RN experience
Minimum 1.52 years recent Labor & Delivery hospital experience
Availability for night shift only This is a firm requirement no exceptions
Updated resume required Dates and L&D units must be accurate and verifiable
Preferred Candidates Will Also Have:
Extended experience in womens services (antepartum postpartum mother/baby)
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Honesty about shift role and location preferences we only want to move forward with nurses who are genuinely committed to the role
Licenses & Certifications

RN License State of Texas or Multistate Compact

BLS (American Heart Association)

Additional certifications (NRP ACLS etc.) may be required based on unit needs
