Job Description
Madden Industrial Craftsmen are experiencedJourneyman Carpentersfor short to long-term projects in both residential and commercial properties in the Salem area
Requirements:
Extensive working knowledge of power tools equipment and various construction materials
Ability to read interpret and work from basic and routine sketches blueprints specifications
Ability to perform various levels of work: concrete framing dry wallsheet rock finish and rough carpentry
Qualifications:
5 years of construction experience
Basic hand tools drill gun and nail gun (options)
Have reliable transportation
Ability to work Monday through Friday and occasional overtime on Saturdays
Ability to climb stairs or ladders
Ability to work in a variety of physical positions which include but are not limited to sitting standing kneeling squatting crawling and walking
Ability to lift carry or otherwise move or position objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Must be 18 years or older
