Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Expert with deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to lead our customer journey orchestration and personalization initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing complex customer journeys that drive engagement conversion and retention across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Journey Design & Implementation
Design and build sophisticated customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer
Create omnichannel experiences that span email SMS push notifications in-app messaging and web channels
Develop journey logic with advanced segmentation decisioning and personalization rules
Implement real-time journey triggers and event-based orchestration
Configure journey testing optimization and performance monitoring
Adobe Experience Platform Integration
Leverage Adobe Experience Platforms Real-time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) for unified customer profiles
Implement and manage data ingestion pipelines into AEP
Create and maintain audience segments using AEPs segmentation service
Configure identity resolution and profile stitching across multiple data sources
Ensure proper data governance and privacy compliance within AEP
Technical Implementation
Integrate AJO with external systems via APIs and webhooks
Implement custom actions and data sources for journey orchestration
Configure offer decisioning and content personalization engines
Set up journey analytics and reporting dashboards
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize journey performance
