We are hiring experienced English-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our international team in Athens Greece. If you have proven customer service experience in an English-speaking environment and are open to working night shifts this is your opportunity to support global clients in a dynamic and rewarding workplace.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat with professionalism and accuracy

Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently

Follow internal processes and escalate complex issues when necessary

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements

Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) written and spoken

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in an English-speaking environment (call center hospitality tech support etc.)

Availability for fixed night shifts (mandatory)

Strong communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills
