Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer. This position requires a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in servicing MR and CT machines. As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of medical imaging equipment and providing top-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation maintenance and repair of MR and CT machines.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure equipment performance.
- Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on the proper use of equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation of all maintenance and repair work.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical imaging technology and participate in relevant training sessions.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Field Service Engineer in medical imaging.
- Must have 5 years of recent experience specifically with MR and CT machines.
- Factory or formal training from PHILIPS GE or SIEMENS or third-party training from RSTI or ALL PARTS.
- Must provide certification from any of the OEMs (Philips/GE/Siemens/Third party).
- US citizenship is required.
- Possession of an active state license.
Desired Experience:
- Solid track record of job stability with no gaps in education or work history.
- Experience working directly with healthcare technology clients.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $100000 to $140000 annually depending on the candidates experience and interview performance. This range is for your reference only and should not be disclosed to candidates.
