Job Description

Essential Job Functions

  • Records consistent problem areas and offers solutions to rectify.
  • Creates and deploys SOP to respective origin/destination points. Obtains sign off both internally and externally.
  • Creates and deploys SOP to respective origin/destination points. Obtains sign off both internally and externally.
  • Manages RCCA process and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manages anomaly and exception reports both financial and operational.
  • Participates in and manages quoting process.
  • Engages with Implementation Managers for all new business
  • Resolves the clients complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Handles client responses that may require deviation from standard procedures
  • Provides assistance to the Account Supervisor on giving leadership coaching and training to a team of client service specialists
  • Manage AR if below percentage in accordance with company goal.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Job may require extended sitting or standing use of standard office equipment.

Education Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in warehousing and distribution management.
  • 3-5 years client service experience
  • Minimum 5 years Finance and Leadership experience
