Salary: FCLW 24740.74(Pro-Rata)

Working Pattern: Various hours per week 38 weeks per year

Location: Newport Primary School Newport-on-Tay

If you have an interest in the provision of school meals for children of all ages you could be perfect for this career. Why not join one of our many teams of Catering Assistants in schools and nurseries within Northeast Fife.

We currently have several permanent vacancies to join our team in Newport-on-Tay covering as required at the primary school. All posts are Monday to Friday working various hours per week term time 38 weeks per year.

You will earn a competitive salary of 24740.74 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits including:

This work is about providing customer service ensuring pupils and staff receive hot or cold meals every school day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference whether its Breakfast Club morning break or lunch you have served.

No previous experience required as on the job training is given working towards a Food Hygiene Certificate.

The Person

Ability to provide a regular and effective service working alone or as part of a team.

You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.

Before confirming to your appointment you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
