What Were Looking For:

Barista or cafe experience preferred (but not required!)

Motivated hard-working and coachable

A self-starter who brings energy and engagement

Able to multi-task and stay sharp in a fast-paced cafe

High attention to detail and sense of urgency

Available early mornings and weekends

We rotate roles and train thoroughlyso whether youre experienced or new to the industry well help you thrive.

Compensation:

*Starting barista pay averages $14$15/hr (this includes tips)*

OPERATING Hours 6am - 5pm daily

First shift starts at 5:30 AM and closing typically wraps by 5:30 PM-6:00PM. We value your time work ethic and attitudeand we want you to succeed here and beyond.
