Purpose of Role
Responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to drive the organizations growth and success. Serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers and department leaders ensuring the right people are hired into the right roles. Responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotation while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
Expectations
Manages end-to-end recruitment from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards social media talent communities referrals and industry networks.
Consults with hiring managers to identify expectations and qualifications desired.
Develops and manages strong relationships; acts as a liaison with hiring managers and active/passive candidates in an effort to attract and hire the best talent.
Implements and manages sourcing strategies across multiple platforms ensuring resources are devoted to the most effective sourcing methods.
Assists hiring managers by scheduling interviews and coaching them on best practices and compliant interviewing techniques.
Partners with external staffing agencies when necessary to support the timely and effective filling of roles ensuring alignment on role requirements candidate quality and process efficiency.
Partners to define and effectively communicate company values culture and benefits to candidates.
Ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment practices.
Ensures proper data entry and information integrity within the applicant tracking system.
Partners with the HR team to ensure a successful handoff from the offer to onboarding stage of the hiring process.
Maintains competitive intelligence of Reverse Mortgage industry workforce trends
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is ($65000 - $90000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidates work location skills education and experience. In addition to those factors we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
