Job Description

Now Hiring: Community Lifestyle and Activities Coordinator
Location: Jacksonville/St. Augustine Area

Full-Time Flexible Schedule Required (Evenings Weekends Holidays)

Are you a dynamic outgoing individual with a passion for building community and creating memorable experiences Were looking for a Community Lifestyle and Activities Coordinator to bring energy creativity and connection to our vibrant residential community.

What Youll Do:

As our Community Lifestyle and Activities Coordinator youll be the heart of our communitydesigning and executing engaging events promoting our amenities and fostering a welcoming environment for residents and prospective homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan manage and attend community events and activities tailored to resident interests and demographics.
  • Promote and manage lifestyle amenities such as fitness centers golf/tennis programs (if applicable) and social spaces.
  • Serve as a liaison between residents sales teams developers and amenities staff.
  • Conduct presentations and tours for prospective homeowners.
  • Maintain and distribute a community events calendar.
  • Encourage resident engagement through polls outreach and creative programming.
  • Support community operations with tasks such as answering phones inspecting facilities and maintaining promotional materials.

What You Bring:

  • Strong knowledge of local area offerings (recreation schools shopping etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage events and build community relationships
  • Creative flexible and outgoing personality
  • Proficiency in social media and digital communication
  • Strong computer and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in hospitality event planning or community engagement
  • Familiarity with HOA rules and rental agreements
  • A passion for helping people feel connected and at home
  • Experience with social media management content creation or email marketing to promote events and engage residents online
