Join TELUSs dynamic System Application team as an Application Delivery Specialist where youll play a crucial role in deploying and supporting our benefits solution for a growing client base. Youll be responsible for building and configuring server environments managing application deployments and providing technical support across both cloud and on-premise infrastructures.This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies while supporting critical HR systems that impact thousands of users. As part of a high-performing team youll contribute to our continued expansion while working in an agile collaborative environment with diverse team members across multiple locations.

- DatabaseAdministration:ExecuteSQLServertasksincludingdatabasebackup/restoreuserpermissionsmanagementandscriptdeployment
- ActiveDirectoryManagement:Handleuserandgroupcreationdelegationanddomainenvironmentadministration
- SystemMigration&Upgrades:Leadserverandapplicationmigrationsensuringminimaldowntimeandoptimalperformance
- Automation&Scripting:DevelopPowerShellscriptsandsystemreportsusingSQLReportBuildertostreamlineoperations
- IssueResolution:Triageanalyzeandcoordinateresolutionofcomplextechnicalissuesforapplicationshostedonvariousplatforms

Requirements
Must-Have
- Education&Experience:BachelorsdegreeinComputerScience/Engineeringwith5yearsofITexperience
- WindowsServerProficiency:Hands-onexperiencewithWindowsServer2012-2019(installationconfigurationmanagementandIISrole
- DatabaseExpertise:StrongSQLServermanagementskillsincludingT-SQLandSSRS(SQLServerReportingServices)
- ApplicationArchitecture:UnderstandingofN-TierapplicationsutilizingIISwebfrontend.NETservicesandSQLServerbackend
- DirectoryServices:ExperiencewithActiveDirectoryorLDAPindomainenvironments
- Scripting&Automation:AdvancedknowledgeofPowerShellVBScriptCMDandSQLscripting
