Window Tint & PPF Installer

Were looking for an experienced and reliable Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Window Tint Installer to join our growing team in Saskatoon. This is a mobile and shop-based role that requires travel between locations so a valid drivers license and strong time management are musts. The right candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on experience can work independently and is committed to high-quality workmanship. Wage plus commission structure available.

We are willing to train the right candidate but require a 2 year min contract for the employee to sign.

• ensure equipment and tools are ready for the job at hand (before the job start)
• Assess windows before the job is to take place
• Install PPF and window tinting on a variety of vehicles following company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (van and/or shop)
• Travel between job sites as required including residential and dealership work
• Communicate job details effectively and provide excellent customer service
• Follow job checklists and procedures precisely to ensure consistent quality
• Capture before/after photos and upload job details in company software

• Minimum 3 years experience in both PPF and window tinting (automotive focus)
• Ability to work in Canada legally (citizenship PR or valid work permit)
• Able to follow detailed systems and protocols
• Dependable self-motivated and quality-driven
• Must be comfortable using mobile apps for job tracking and communication
